The MU School of Law offers a collegial environment, reinforced by a small student body and a low faculty-student ratio. The intimacy of this setting, coupled with reasonable cost, consistently high bar passage rates, a network of alumni around the globe and access to top scholars in the legal world, make MU Law one of the best values in the nation.

Students rave about the friendly staff and great study space in the MU Law Library.
Hi! My name is Audrey Danner. I’m a 3L at the Law School. The “Live Country Music Capital of the World!!” – Branson, MO – is my home when I am away from Columbia. I am the “traditional” law student; I came straight from undergrad into law school. I did my undergraduate studies at Mizzou, majoring in Political Science. Also, I was a member of Chi Omega, a sorority at Mizzou and an active member of Greek Life.
For a long time I wanted to go to law school and when it came time to choose a school, I knew Mizzou was the best choice. The atmosphere of the Law School encourages students to create life (and career)-long friendships. The professors are interested in their student’s learning and growth, both personally and professionally. The staff, administration and IT department are always friendly and willing to help a student in need!
Outside of campus life, Columbia is a great community. There is so much to do which is a good distraction from law school! I enjoy running on the MKT Trail, hanging out at local establishments and attending Mizzou athletics. Go Tigers!!
