The MU School of Law offers a collegial environment, reinforced by a small student body and a low faculty-student ratio. The intimacy of this setting, coupled with reasonable cost, consistently high bar passage rates, a network of alumni around the globe and access to top scholars in the legal world, make MU Law one of the best values in the nation.
Greetings! My name is Victoria Willingham, and I am a 1L here at the University of Missouri School of Law. A Kansas City native, I have returned to Missouri after living in the heart of Los Angeles where I attended the University of Southern California. I graduated this past May with a degree in Psychology and Spanish.
One of the main reasons I chose Mizzou Law is because the culture is embracing and communal, and everyone seems to have a genuine interest in making the next years the most positive educational experience possible. In my short time here, I have encountered extraordinary faculty, staff, and students who I am certain will play vital roles in cultivating my legal career.I have desired to attend law school for a very long time, so I fully understand all the emotions, time, and efforts that go into researching and choosing the institution that best fits your personal desires. Being at Mizzou has been full of pleasant surprises, and I would definitely encourage you to thoroughly consider it as an option. If you have any questions, PLEASE email me! I would love to communicate with you and assist you in any way I can throughout this process.
