There is no fee required for this event.
1.2 CLE Credit

Electronic filing is now mandatory in Boone County (and for a growing list of courts in Missouri) for almost everything lawyers file with the court. Come to this session designed for law students and attorneys to learn the rules for the new Missouri eFiling procedures and an overview of the process and procedures to eFile cases with the court including: registration, filing a case, uploading documents, setting up accounts and paying fees, and how to access cases on Secure Case.net.

The 10th Annual Tim Heinsz Memorial 5K & 10K Run/Walk & 4th Annual Jim Devine Dog Walk honors the memory of two of Mizzou Law’s most beloved deans. Tim Heinsz served as dean of the School of Law and was an avid runner. Jim Devine served as associate dean of the school and was a noted dog lover.

All proceeds benefit the Timothy J. Heinsz Scholarship Fund.

During the Law Day Picnic

There is no registration or fee required.

Furry family members are invited to the Pooch Party! While you dine, your pooches will get time to play with canine chums. So prop up your feet, rest your dogs and enjoy the picnic, knowing that your pooches will be in good hands.

Your pooches will be pampered and petted by students in the law school’s Veterans Clinic, which is directed by Prof. Angela Drake, and the law school’s Student Animal Legal Defense Fund (SALDF), led by president Lesley Hall, a third-year law student.

Any donations from pooch parents will be used to support the Veterans Clinic and Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.

There is plentiful parking located around Eckles Hall off of Rollins Street and East Campus Drive. Convenient parking for events held near Hulston Hall is available in the Turner Avenue Garage, located two blocks west of
the School of Law.
