Law Legacy Club

The School of Law's Law Legacy Club recognizes donors of planned gifts made to the School of Law. In cooperation with the University of Missouri Legacy Society, estate gifts may be recognized with membership in both organizations.

By including the Law School in your estate plans and sending our Development Office a copy of the applicable portion of the document, you are qualified for membership in the Law Legacy Club. If you prefer to not provide a portion of your estate plan, we will provide you an Estate Gift Intention Form to complete regarding your estate gift.

Testamentary gifts include bequests by will or trust or by beneficiary designation (such as in a donor's retirement plan, IRA, life insurance, annuities, pay-on-death and transfer-on-death designations, etc.) and other gifts received by reason of the death of the donor.
