Calendar : State v. McNeely Mock Oral Arguments Event : State v. McNeely Mock Oral Arguments Event Type: Students Event Description : A Missouri criminal case, State v. McNeely, is set for argument before the US Supreme Court in January. The attorneys for the State have asked our law faculty to assist them in preparing for the argument.
