This 3-day general civil mediation
training offers a foundation in conflict, negotiation and mediation theory and
includes interactive role play and tips on helping parties prepare for

Registration is at 8:30, and
instruction begins at 9:00 and adjourns at 4:30 each day (3:30 on Friday).
There will be a 15 minute break during the
morning and the afternoon and an hour lunch break (included in the tuition).

1.2 hour of Ethics. This 3-day general civil mediation training meets and
exceeds regulatory requirements for training as a mediator within the State of
Parking: A three day parking pass will be provided.
If something comes up and you can’t attend, you must call our office at least 24 hours prior to the training to receive a refund, less a processing fee. You may send another person to take your place at the seminar. There will be no refunds for "no shows."
