The National Christian Legal Society is a professional membership association of Christian attorneys, judges, law professors, law students, paralegals, and many others. Its mission is "to be the national grass roots network of lawyers and law students, associated with others, committed to proclaiming, loving and serving Jesus Christ through all we do and say in the practice of law, and advocating biblical conflict resolution, public justice, religious freedom, and the sanctity of human life."

CLS National has a threefold vision of ministry:

1. Spiritual Growth and Accountability,
2. Compassionate Outreach, and
3. Following Christ in the Law.
