Steven J. Stark (LL.M. '00) wrote an article entitled "Mediation in a Multi-Cultural Environment" published in the Summer issue of The Communicator, the newsletter of the Association of Missouri Mediators. In that same issue, incoming student Paula Young wrote an article entitled, "Mediation and the Power of Apology."

LEGAL EDUCATION SEMINARS SPONSORED BY MISSOURI BAR ADR COMMITTEE
The Missouri Bar ADR Committee is sponsoring two continuing legal education seminars in the next few months. One will take place on August 4, 2001. It will be "Advanced Negotiation - Principled Negotiation and Mediation Techniques" for the Family Law Section Conference at Lake of the Ozarks. Another program will be held September 14, 2001 entitled "Attorneys ADR Toolbox" at the MOBar Annual Meeting in Springfield. AMM HOLDING ANNUAL CONFERENCE

The Fordham Urban Law Journal, in conjunction with the American Arbitration Association, is soliciting pieces for the domestic section of the 2002 edition of ADR & the Law. Submissions may range from transcripts of speeches, to short commentaries, to full articles. MEDIATION SERVICES COORDINATOR, PITTSBURGH, PA
The Pittsburgh Mediation Center is seeking a Mediation Services Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for working with citizens in conflict by fielding phone calls, encouraging the use of mediation for dispute resolution, and coordinating cases as they move from intake through mediation to follow-up monitoring and evaluation. PROJECT COORDINATOR, ELLENSBURG, WA
The Victim Offender Meeting Program is seeking a full time Project Coordinator. Duties include outreach, promotion, community education, referral development and liaison among others.
