TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS CITES PROF. LANDE IN UPHOLDING COOPERATIVE LEGAL PRACTICE
On August 19, the Texas Supreme Court let stand the decision of the Texas Court of Appeals in re Mabray, 2010 WL 3448198, which includes numerous citations to Prof. John Lande’s publications.  The Court of Appeals upheld the validity of a Cooperative Practice agreement and rejected an argument that it violated public policy.  For more information, see http://www.indisputably.org/?p=2648.

Pamela Faith Muduwa (LLM '03), former magistrate, currently works for the United Nations Missions in Liberia, as a judicial systems monitor. Recently she expanded her hobby, from just singing gospel music, to recording it, and releasing an album.
