The Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution is sponsoring its annual symposium on October 4, Resolving IP Disputes: Calling for an Alternative Paradigm. This year’s Journal of Dispute Resolution symposium explores alternative mechanisms for resolving patent disputes and for proactively transforming would-be disputes into cooperative business arrangements. The symposium will be published in the Journal of Dispute Resolution and is approved for 4.5 hours of CLE credit in Missouri. For details, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
