INFORMATION SESSION ON CAREERS IN DISPUTE RESOLUTION
MON., FEB. 10 On Monday, Feb. 10, at 3 p.m. in Room 109, we will have a "brownbag" session on career opportunities in dispute resolution with Tamra Wilson Setser, Assistant Dean for Career Services, and Prof. Jim Levin.

Prof. Jean Sternlight’s article, "Is the U.S. Out on a Limb? Comparing the U.S. Approach to Mandatory Consumer and Employment Arbitration to that of the Rest of the World," was recently published in 56 U. Miami L. Rev. 831 (2002).

MEDIATORS, CONSORTIUM FOR CHILDREN
CALIFORNIA Consortium for Children is looking for people interested in becoming permanency planning mediators. Consortium for Children (CFC) is a statewide mediation program with referrals from across the state. Permanency Planning Mediators provide field-based mediation services per CFC’s established curriculum on a part-time, sub-contractor basis. Previous mediation experience is helpful but not required.
