LEONARD RISKIN PUBLISHES ARTICLE ON REVISION OF THE MEDIATION GRID
Prof. Leonard L. Riskin published his article, "Decisionmaking in Mediation: The New Old Grid and the New New Grid System," 79 Notre Dame Law Review 1 (2003). His grid has been the subject of much discussion since he first published it in 1994. This article furthers that discussion by replacing a single grid with a series of grids depicting decisionmaking dynamics in mediation.
PAULA YOUNG WRITES ARTICLE AND WILL BE ABA CONFERENCE PANELIST WITH OTHER LL.M. GRADS
Paula Young (’03) has written an article entitled "The Promise of Restorative Justice: Peru’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission Issues its Final Report." Also, Paula, Javier Caravedo (’02), and Donna Pavlick (’00) will be panelists at the ABA DR Conference in a session entitled "After Deadly Conflict: The Role of Truth and Reconciliation Commissions in South Africa and Peru," which will be on Fri., April 16.
