JENNIFER ROBBENNOLT SPEAKS AT UNLV AND APLS ANNUAL MEETING
Prof. Jennifer Robbennolt spoke on Wed., Mar. 3 at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas on "Apologies and Legal Settlement." Soon afterward, she is attending the annual meeting of the American Psychology-Law Society in Scottsdale, AZ where she will be on a panel on "Emerging Issues in Elder Law and Psychology."
PHILIP HARTER PUBLISHES REVIEW OF BOOK ON FEDERAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Prof. Phil Harter published a book review, entitled "Federal Dispute Resolution Coming of Age," in the Winter 2004 issue of Dispute Resolution magazine. He reviews "Federal Dispute Resolution: Using ADR with the United States Government," by Jeffrey M. Senger.

ANGEL PAGAN GETS MARRIED AND ACCEPTS POSITION
Angel Pagan (’03) and Lorie Philips were married on Nov. 29, 2003 in Puerto Rico. Angel has accepted a position with the San Juan, Puerto Rico law firm, Cancio, Nadal, Rivera & Diaz, where he works in the labor and employment department, frequently serving as an advocate in mediation. Congratulations Angel & Lorie!
JANE SMITH TO APPEAR ON LOCAL TELEVISION PROGRAM
Jane Smith (’02) will be a guest on the Pepper and Friends show on Wed., Apr. 7 between 10 -11 am to discuss mediation. Pepper and Friends is a local variety television program on KOMU-TV, the NBC affiliate serving mid-Missouri from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
