CITIZEN ADVOCATE, CITY OF FREDERICK
The Maryland Mediation and Conflict Resolution Office (MACRO) is funding a Citizen Advocate position to serve as an ombudsman for The City of Frederick. The ombudsman would investigate and seek to resolve via alternative dispute resolution citizen complaints against the city government. The William S. Boyd School of Law of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas seeks applicants for a new faculty position of Associate Director of the Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution. The Center was established in 2003 to provide a venue for advanced study of the nature of conflict and the methods through which conflicts may be resolved. The associate director will work closely with the director to design the position and shape the Centerís program. This position combines teaching and administration.
