PROF. JOHN LANDE QUOTED IN US LAW WEEK
Prof. John Lande’s testimony before the American Bar Association Joint Commission to Evaluate the Model Code of Judicial Conduct was quoted in US Law Week at 73 USLW 2509 (March 1, 2005). He testified on behalf of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution in favor of a proposed provision that would forbid judges from coercing parties into settlement.

PAULA YOUNG SPEAKING TO KENTUCKY BAR ASSOCIATION CONVENTION
Paula Young (’03) will be speaking at the Kentucky Bar Association Annual Convention on June 9 in Louisville, KY at a CLE program sponsored by its new ADR Section. The program is entitled "Alternative Dispute Resolution: Thinking Outside the Courthouse."
