LOUIS The American Arbitration Association announces its program, “Avoiding the 10 Worst Mistakes Attorneys Make at Arbitration,” presented by Tracy Hunsaker Gilroy, Principal, The Gilroy Law Firm, and American Arbitration Association Panelist. CALL FOR PROPOSALS: NOV. 15-DEC. 15 ASSOCIATION FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION ANNUAL CONFERENCE
SEPT. 28 - OCT. 1, 2005, MINNEAPOLIS, MN The Fifth Annual Conference of the Association for Conflict Resolution, “Conflict Resolution in a Changing World: Building the Practice and Fostering Hope,” will be Sept. 28-Oct. 1, 2005 in Minneapolis, MN. The call for proposals will be open online Nov. 15-Dec. 15.

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION FOR ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
FEB. - APR. 2005 The Center for Information Technology and Dispute Resolution announces the fourth International Competition for Online Dispute Resolution (ICODR 2005) for law students, including online negotiation, mediation and arbitration competitions. To participate, law students need (1) access to the internet through a browser and (2) permission of a faculty member. The competitions are free. Hypotheticals are scheduled to be handed out in early January 2005.
