BRIAN JARRETT BUSY WITH ADR PRESENTATIONS
On May 30, Brian Jarrett (LL.M. ’01), will present a paper on integrating mediation approaches to the Law and Society Annual Conference in Montreal. In early April, he presented a workshop to the Pacific Sociological Association Annual conference on the various uses of mediation, including as a method for gaining social knowledge and developing social theory. Later that month he gave a half-day CLE workshop on social psychology and negotiation to a group of Delaware and Philadelphia lawyers. Brian is an assistant professor of sociology at Salisbury University in Maryland.
