Prof. John Lande published Learning From “Cooperative” Negotiators in Wisconsin, 15 Dispute Resolution Magazine 20 (Winter 2009), which summarizes the results of his empirical study of Wisconsin Cooperative lawyers. He also published A Guide for Policymaking That Emphasizes Principles, and Public Needs, 26 Alternatives to the High Cost of Litigation 829 (2008).
