not our normal classroom, room 6

5/5/2005--You may use the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure if you wish/need to do so on the exam;

5/5/2005--If you are asked to answer a question under the Missouri Rules, you should be using the CURRENT Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct;

If you are asked to answer a question under the PROPOSED Missouri Rules, you should use the PROPOSED Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct;

Most questions, however, ask you to assume that the jurisdiction has adopted the CURRENT ABA Rules of Professional Conduct.

5/6/2005, 10:46 a.m.--In Multiple Choice Question #6, Answer #4, you need to assume that the two youth ministers died immediately after their deposition;

In Multiple Choice Question #18, you MAY assume that Cathy's corporation is represented by an attorney;

11:34 a.m.--I consider both "TV" and "Ads" to be words.  I don't believe that either are abbreviations.

2:10 p.m.--Your 40 lines does NOT include the title line;

ALI for American Law Institute is OK
ABA for American Bar Association is OK
