Professor Daily began teaching at the law school in 1986, and she has directed the first-year legal research and writing program since 1987. While in law school, she was a Note & Comment Editor for Missouri Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Professor Daily has taught Torts, directed and taught in the summer CLEO (Council on Legal Education Opportunity) program, and supervised the Public Defender Externship program. She was a practicing attorney in Glasgow, Missouri, from 1986-89 and taught English composition prior to attending law school.
Professor Daily is vice chair of the Editorial Board for the Journal of the Missouri Bar, and she is an associate editor for the Dispute Resolution Magazine published by the ABA. She teaches Legal Research & Writing, Advocacy & Research, Law & Literature and Education Law. She also supervises the Externship Program.
