Current Announcements

Note: I will have a question and answer review session on Wednesday, December 12 at 2:00pm in Room 7.

Note: Click here for questions (and my answers) from students submitted by e-mail. [I will update this regularly through the date of the exam.]

Click here for the cover page for the examination, which includes the instruction.

Note: Here are sample short essay questions used on previous Secured Transactions exams, which are representative of the type of questions that will appear on the final exam in this course.

Note: After class, a good question came up by e-mail about the relationship of §§ 9-325, 9-326, and the "new debtor" provisions. I revised this e-mail interchange into a question/answer memo, which is posted here.
