Law Professor Blogs Network: A network of web logs ("blogs") designed to assist law professors in their scholarship and teaching.

Opinio Juris: A weblog dedicated to reports, commentary, and debate on current developments and scholarship in the field of international law and politics. Peggy McGuinness is a contributor to this weblog.

BNA Alerts
BNA provides an e-mail alert service to law faculty and students for the following subjects: business, corporate, employee benefits, employment and labor, environment, health care, international trade, intellectual property, litigation, and tax. For example, you could receive e-mail alerts such as United States Law Week, International Trade Reporter, Biotech Watch, Daily Tax Report and many more. Chronicle of Higher Education via E-Mail
This service provides a daily e-mail briefing on developments in higher education, with full reports available on the web site. To subscribe and receive the password, contact via e-mail or at (573) 882-1125.

Electronic Clipping Services LEXIS ALERT and WESTLAW WestClip
WestClip and Eclipse allow you to arrange automatic periodic searches on Westlaw or Lexis. This alerting service is useful for staying current with law reviews, cases, legislation, news etc. For example, you may want to be alerted to recently decided cases on a particular topic, or any new law review articles that cite a particular author. Contact your librarian liaison or via e-mail or at (573) 882-1125 for assistance.

Missouri Lawyers Weekly via E-Mail
Missouri Lawyers Weekly provides a concise e-mail with the day's important decisions from state courts, agencies and federal courts. The e-mail also contains a review of other law-related news as reported by various media sources. To subscribe contact via e-mail or at (573) 882-1125.

New Library Acquisitions
A list of recent acquisitions is available on the library web site. A select group of newly received acquisitions are available on the book truck located in the faculty lounge each week. Contact the library if you would like to check out one of these new treatises.

SmartCILP
"A personalized periodical awareness tool for legal researchers." SmartCILP is a service that provides automated personalized e-mail delivery of topical access to over 500 legal publications. Items published are organized within 100 relevant subject headings and complete tables of contents of all journals indexed are included. After setting up a SmartCILP profile, you will receive an additional e-mail message each week that focuses only on the subject headings and journals you selected. This e-mail message is clearly marked as "SmartCILP" to allow easy identification and review of results. SmartCILP profiles can be changed each week, allowing you to tailor the delivery of CILP to your changing research needs.

SSRN
SSRN is a service that provides a wide range of law-related scholarly working papers, forthcoming papers, and an electronic paper collection of downloadable full text documents. We subscribe to the following divisions of SSRN: Economics Research Network, Financial Economics Network, Legal Scholarship Network, Management Research Network, Negotiations Research Network, and Entrepreneurship Research and Policy Network.

United States Supreme Court Decisions - Willamette Law Online
This service provides same-day summaries of certiorari granted, oral arguments, and decisions published by the United States Supreme Court. The certiorari summaries focus on the facts and decision from the lower court. The week prior to oral arguments provides an outline of the issues presented to the Court as argued in the briefs. The decision summaries provide the holding from the United States Supreme Court and a brief overview of the Court's reasoning.
