Hello. My name is Caleb Lewis and I am in my third year of law school. I grew up and graduated from the sprawling metropolis that is Holden, MO (pop. 2500), located 45 minutes southeast of Kansas City . After high school I came to Mizzou for my undergraduate work. During undergrad I was involved in wide range of activities from various political groups to Residential Life to Marching Mizzou. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Banking and minors in Political Science and Economics in the spring of 2005 and started law school this fall.

When deciding where to attend law school, staying at Mizzou was a very easy decision. After spending the last 4 years in Columbia , it was hard to imagine going any place else. Coming from a smaller town, I've found both the campus and Columbia in general offer many amenities of larger cities while maintaining the feel of smaller community. As an MU grad and Robert Scholar, I had a first hand perspective of the law school. Mizzou offers a great legal education for a great price. No matter what your interests are, it is likely there will be a program for you. As a business graduate, I am taking advantage of the dual JD/MBA program. This is just one of the many dual programs, clinics, certificates, and specialized programs the law school offers to allow students to make the most of time at the law school.

I could not be happier with my decision. When you come to visit you will find the law school is full of highly qualified faculty and staff completely devoted to your success. I strongly encourage you to take a closer look at Mizzou and stop by for a visit if you can.
