Hello! My name is Julie and I am a third-year law student here at Mizzou. I received my undergraduate degree from MU as well, graduating in 2004 from the College of Agriculture , Food & Natural Resources with a degree in Agricultural Economics. After graduation I took a year off from school and worked for the American Cancer Society as an Income Specialist in Jefferson City , Missouri . I loved my job there, but when the opportunity to return to Mizzou to study law arose, I just couldn't pass it up!

As an undergrad here at MU I was involved in a variety of things, including studying abroad in France , serving as President of the Panhellenic Council, and working as a member of Omicron Delta Kappa (a Tap Day Honors Society). If you have any questions about Mizzou in general, our School of Law , or the city of Columbia I would be happy to help.

Beginning law school has been an adventure and a challenge, but I am very glad that I am here. MU's School of Law has been warm and welcoming, with a small community feel. Many of the professors here are top in their field nationwide, but still have time to answer questions. My classmates are diverse, my classes are thought-provoking, and I feel like I am learning so much every single day.
